Every driver uses a translation app with voice-to-text, and many speak basic to intermediate English. We also have a remote coordinator on WhatsApp fluent in English.
All cars are less than 5 years old, with annual safety inspections, working seatbelts, child seats available on request (free), and AC that actually cools.
Deposit is fully refundable up to 48 hours before booking. Within 48 hours? We can usually reschedule at no cost, or keep the deposit as credit for a future trip.
Deposit via secure link (no card details on WhatsApp). Balance paid in person — cash, Alipay, WeChat, or bank transfer. You never pay for a service you haven’t received.
All drivers are licensed, insured, and background-checked. Many have been with us for over 5 years. No gig-economy temp drivers — you get the same person who knows your itinerary.
We reply within 1 hour during China daytime, and within 3 hours overnight — because we know time zones are tricky.
